The conference is taking place October 14-17, 2025 in Zurich, Switzerland. With an evening welcome reception on October 14, two days of presentations October 15, 16 and a members-only TTX on October 17.

A 50% refund is available if requested before September 12, 2025. After that date, we are unable to offer refunds.

The Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport The Circle is conveniently located just a short walk from Zurich Airport's terminals. Upon arrival, follow the signs for "The Circle" and "Hyatt Regency" to reach the hotel via an indoor walkway connecting the airport to The Circle complex.

Train

For guests traveling by train, the Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport The Circle is conveniently accessible from Zurich Airport (Zürich Flughafen) railway station, which is directly connected to the airport.

Driving & Self Parking

If you're driving, take highway A51 and exit at "Flughafen." Stay in the left lane, following signs for "The Circle" and "Hyatt Regency." This will lead you directly to the hotel's main entrance for drop-off or valet parking. For self-parking, follow signs to parking "P4," located beneath The Circle; from there, signage will guide you to the hotel's lobby via elevator.

Breakfast will be provided through the hotel booking with Lunch being provided each day of the conference October 15 & 16 with dinner being served at the social event the evening of October 15.
